Bloom Ideas loves and values our customers.  With that in mind, due to the fact that we sell personal use products, Bloom Ideas is unable to take returns or exchanges.  If there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us, immediately, at bloomideas23@gmail.com so that we may rectify the situation.  We thank you for your understanding of our policy.

Refunds
Should you need to cancel your order, you may do so for a refund anytime PRIOR to shipping.  Once an order has shipped,  we are unable to process a refund.  If your order is successfully cancelled, a refund will be processed to you within 5-7 business days.
